How many people fit in an 8 seater airport transfer?
Up to 8 passengers. The large MPV is the only vehicle we publish a capacity for. Tell us how many bags you are bringing when you book and we will confirm the right vehicle, or suggest two cars if the luggage needs it.
Can I book an 8 seater taxi to Luton Airport?
Yes. Luton is one of the five airports we cover, and from Woking the drive is 49 miles, 65–85 minutes. Collections from Luton are flight-tracked too, so the driver's timing follows your actual landing.
Is the price per person or for the vehicle?

What happens if our flight lands late?
We track inbound flights, so the driver works to your real landing time rather than the one on the booking. Airport collections include 45 minutes of free waiting, which gives a group room to clear passport control and collect bags.
How far ahead should we book the 8 seater?
As soon as your flight is fixed. Large MPVs are subject to availability, so booking early matters most for school holidays and bank holiday weekends. A late request is still worth a call, because the office answers 24/7.
Can you collect us from home and bring us back?
Yes. Book both legs together: the outward journey starts at your door and the return is timed to your inbound flight. Each leg is quoted before you travel, and both can go in one WhatsApp message or one form.
