Excellent service from the office and taxi drivers. We used them 1st last week for an airpot pick up from Gatwick Airport and then booked them a further 2 times as the trains were doing maintenance works. The office staff replied immediately to all e-mails and our family that used them said that the taxi drivers were most hepful, friendly and punctual. Will recommend them to friends and family.

A lovely receptionist who I can book with in advance - and even when I once provided an incorrect pickup time, she managed to get things sorted and get me to the airport on time. We used micabi to transfer us to/from Heathrow; prior to the transfers Mary was really helpful and communicated throughout the booking process. I was able to book two child seats for my toddler and preschooler which was really helpful. Our return flight was delayed and we then had additional delays waiting for baggage but the driver was there to meet us when we eventually got out. I would highly recommend and would use again. We booked a taxi to Heathrow, to save on the stress of parking at the airport. The taxi driver arrived promptly to pick us up. The car was perfect for our needs and the driver smart and polite.We had also booked the return journey.The flight came in early but due to no ground staff we had to wait on the plane for 30 minutes. In that time I had received a text from the driver letting us know that he had seen the flight come in and was on his way (thank you, this was really helpful).Then the bags took an age to arrive off the plane (by now much later than anticipated. I was concerned that the driver was waiting and we were by then late.Further good communication from the driver, who had had to park whilst we were late.Again, excellent service as we had had going out to Heathrow. Regular communication from the driver was really helpful. Great customer service.The Mercedes was a dream!Would not hesitate to use again.
