We weren't local and needed a 7 seater car to get us to a family party. The driver was punctual and was also happy to return to pick us up later in the evening,which was brilliant! Will definitely be in touch next time we are in the area.Thank you so much .

MiCabi in Woking provide an excellent service - we have used them regularly (pretty much every month) for the past few years and without exception they provide a safe, reliable and responsive driving service both for my husband and I, and our children travelling to and from Heathrow airport. I can't thank and praise them enough!

We ran a week long and detailed golf tour in the surrey area. Micabi were on time each and every time and the vehicles were top quality! Mary was a great help on the end of the phone, helping with changes and arrangements.

Fantastic drivers, keep you constantly updated and looked after my elderly aunt, made sure she she was greeted at the drop off and wouldn't leave until he knew she was safely in the apartment building what with it being dark outside. Highly recommended!

Micabi - Woking taxis provided an excellent service, we were kept up to date by the control centre and by the driver who was in contact prior to the pick up to check all was OK. I will use this service again and recommend to anyone.

Used this service for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a work do and was impressed with the service there and back - was even more grateful to have the same driver who was polite plus his car was immaculate on the interior. Will definitely use again.

We were collected on time, and the driver was very nice and polite, and it was a comfortable journey to Gatwick Airport. It removed the stress from what was going to be a busy day.We have used Micabi before and will be using them again, I highly recommend them.

We used micabi to transfer us to/from Heathrow; prior to the transfers Mary was really helpful and communicated throughout the booking process. I was able to book two child seats for my toddler and preschooler which was really helpful. Our return flight was delayed and we then had additional delays waiting for baggage but the driver was there to meet us when we eventually got out. I would highly recommend and would use again. Thank you!

I had a very good experience working with Micabi when booking a pickup at LHR. Even as I had multiple flight time changes on my flight from the US, I was able to quickly get a response from the company every time I emailed them. All went smoothly in the end, and the driver was very pleasant. Nice car too. I would be happy to recommend this service to anyone.

Very organised from booking right through to collection and ride home. No hassle whatsoever and they communicated throughout the whole process including meeting us at the airport. We knew exactly where to go to find them. Everything was stress free and would certainly use Guildford taxis again. 5* service from start to finish.

We booked a taxi to Heathrow, to save on the stress of parking at the airport. The taxi driver arrived promptly to pick us up. The car was perfect for our needs and the driver smart and polite.We had also booked the return journey.The flight came in early but due to no ground staff we had to wait on the plane for 30 minutes. In that time I had received a text from the driver letting us know that he had seen the flight come in and was on his way (thank you, this was really helpful).Then the bags took an age to arrive off the plane (by now much later than anticipated. I was concerned that the driver was waiting and we were by then late.Further good communication from the driver, who had had to park whilst we were late.Again, excellent service as we had had going out to Heathrow. Regular communication from the driver was really helpful. Great customer service.The Mercedes was a dream!Would not hesitate to use again.

I needed a local taxi company to take my wife and I to Heathrow and pick us up on our return. I did some research and eventually decided upon Micabi. I am so glad I did as they were excellent throughout the process. Communication from Mary was great and the drivers and cars used were first class.I would certainly use their services again and would highly recommend Micabi

First time using MiCabi and very impressed. On time, great communication throughout, particularly as our flight was cancelled and the new flight delayed overnight, resulting in us arriving a full 24 hours after original schedule. Will be using again.

I've been using Micabi every week for the past year. They are extremely reliable, always on time and the drivers are polite and friendly. Mary who answers the phone and takes bookings is very experienced and she remembers my journeys, so I don't have to explain where I'm travelling to every time I call. Great service, highly recommend.
